Rules and regulations (Terms and Conditions)
1) No any Registration Fees for new candidates.
2) Non-Refundable fees for 1st Renewal will be Rs.200/-, after that Rs.500/- (for 2nd or further Renewal). You will get all the further information after registration only. Always remember the registration no., its validity is till the day on you get the job. Kindly send the soft copy of your Resume (in Ms-Word format) on our WhatsApp or e-mail.
3) Be updated regarding the advertisements on 'Sudeep Consultancy's Group. If you have any questions regarding it kindly discuss, and if you are interested for any position or vacancy, immediately message or contact us.
4) Be present for the interview on your own expenses (No expenses will be given by Sudeep Consultancy). Strictly follow the day and time of the interview. If you can't be present because of any reason, kindly let us know about it in advance. Your registration will be cancelled if you do not inform & remain absent.
5) You should immediately give us the feedback about the interview so that we can manage further formalities. Things like 'not giving the feedback' or 'not receiving our calls' or ‘left the group’ will be considered as you don't need the consultancy now and your registration will be cancelled.
6) Kindly discuss with company about all rules and regulations before the joining date, to avoid further debates. You should strictly follow the terms, in case if you don't want to continue the job, give a prior notice to the company and us as well. 'Sudeep Consultancy' will not be responsible for any kinds of clashes with the company.
7) From the time of registration to the joining date, be honest and truthful throughout the entire process. Do not give false information. If found guilty, Registration of such candidate will be cancelled and his/her name will be in the blacklist.
8) 50% of Agreed Gross Salary of one month should be deposited or will be deducted from salary as the 'fees of Sudeep Consultancy' after the 1st month is over.
9) As per the rules and regulations of 'Sudeep Consultancy', the candidate has to be working with the company for at least 6 months. Otherwise, the candidate has to submit the whole salary of 1 month to 'Sudeep Consultancy'.
10) All the changes made by 'Sudeep Consultancy' and all the new rules which changes time to time, will be applicable to all the candidates.
I have read all the terms and conditions, and I accept it. I will strictly follow them and if in case I break any rules or terms, I, Myself will be responsible for the consequences.
